Dr. Judy Blanding
Judy is a Registered Nurse, receiving a B.S. from Empire College, Masters in Education from Cortland College, a Masters in Health Care from Columbia College and a PhD. from Columbia College in Health Administration. She holds a certification as a Nurse Administrator, is a Certified School Nurse Teacher, and a Legal Nurse Consultant. Judy maintains licenses as a Long Term Care Administrator in New York and Pennsylvania. She also teaches in the LPN program at BOCES and serves as a Clinical Associate for the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University. Judy has extensive academic training and teaching experience and operational experience in gerontology and long-term care management systems. Judy has experience in developing Learning Organizations and currently serves as the President of the New York State Association of Long Term Care Administrators.
Leah Donti
Leah, an internationally credited certified management account, operates a private seminar practice, preparing candidates for national accounting and finance examinations (CMA/CFM, CIA, CGA, CFA, CPA). She conducts seminars on international management, accounting and auditing for organizations around the world. Her career has taken her to several countries where she has lectured at numerous universities. Leah has served on the National Marking Committee and has facilitated seminars for the CMA Professional Program in Canada on such topics as activity based costing and management, strategic management, and managing performance and change. Prior to beginning her practice in 1991, Leah worked for a major information management consulting organization, where she provided training to offices across North America. She also worked with an accounting software firm, offering accounting education courses to clients on site. In addition, she held positions in internal audit and cost accounting with Canadian Pacific.
Mary Greene
Mary is an experienced healthcare administrator with 25 years of hospital management experience. She has directed and controlled department operations to include budgeting, staffing, marketing, business diversification and regulatory issues. In addition, Mary has experience in the development and application of policies and long range plans and has developed group purchasing procedures for a multi-hospital chain. Her education includes a BS in Biological Sciences, a Masters in Business Management/Healthcare Administration and is certified as a Clinical Laboratory Director.

Dr. John Jones
John is a retired public school administrator with a career in education spanning a period of thirty-five years. He has had experience at College and University levels, multi-county district level, and as a local school district central office administrator. John has received extensive training in the study of school organizations at the Center for Educational Policy and Management at the University of Oregon. Additional training, at the Kellogg Institute at Binghamton University focused on the areas of Educational Leadership. Most recently John served as a trainer for the implementation of the New York State Education Department program in Career Development and Occupational Studies. John currently serves as the Director of the Coalition for Better Schools.
Paul Komar
Paul has recently been the Executive Director of The Center of Technology and Innovation where their goal was to increase the employment in the area by attracting investors to construct a theme park in the area. However since 9/11, all investor interest vanished. Prior to this challenge, Paul worked at your friendly electric and gas company, NYSEG, holding General Manager positions in Elmira, Ithaca and Liberty. His latest position was the Senior Vice President of The Strategic Management Group with NYSEG, responsible for Strategic Planning, R&D, Economic Development, Work Force Management and investigating non-regulated opportunities. Paul has a BS in Electric Engineering and a MBA in Management.

Jennifer R. Rosas
Jennifer was Project Manager, spearheading the deployment of the first call center for Nextel Communications in Mexico City. This included managing the building construction progress; managing all of the facilities; and directing and developing the labor force. Her expertise includes call center technology, vendor relations, business process design, and intranet web site development. She identifies and communicates options and risks; and plays a key role in facilitating communications and relationships between the various teams within organizations.

Richard Welty
Rick Welty is a certified black belt in Lean Six Sigma business practices. He holds a BS in accounting and has over 37 years of experience with IBM and Lockheed Martin, with assignments in management and staff positions in multiple disciplines. He specializes in creating cultural change in small to medium sized businesses utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles. He advises on how to focus totally on customer requirements in the identification and elimination of waste and non-value added activities. Employee empowerment and commitment to long range goals are the corner stones of this approach, relying on data analysis and measurement in the pursuit of excellence.
